I would love to get some feedback from some mortgage professionals on a new website. It is a membership (free) site for consumers enabling them to monitor their mortgage payment, analyze refinance decisions, track property appreciation (integrates with zillow.com), forecast future ARM Payment changes, etc. Would really appreciate some constructive comments on it. Do you think this is a viable product? Haven't done much in the way of marketing yet but think it is something quite unique and useful.
