1.4 Million
80% LTV
Just bought the home 2 weeks ago and needs a rate term refinance to lower payment
Interest Only desired

Need to get refinanced before the end of the month if possible.

No co-brokering, need responses from AEs or LOs who know a lender who can accomplish this please...
