4. What are the main components that affect intangable capacity? - [B]I think you're referring to either a steady source of income (aka job) or huge bank accounts[/B]
5. What is the first thing you look at to judge character? - [B]skin color...jk...on time payment history[/B]
6. How do you judge someone who just moved into the city and just started a new job? - [B]on what they did before...duh[/B]
7. If a applicant has 2 loans and still paying them off, but can afford for another would you approve them? - [B]as long as they can afford it[/B]
8. Are there any methods of reading someone when sitting down with the applicant face to face? -[B] sure[/B]
9. Does the applicants reason for asking for the loan have any factor? - [B]depends[/B]
10. Does a clients lack of education have any effect on the application? - [B]nope....unless its a business loan[/B]
11. How many missed credit card payments would classify the applicant as a threat to not paying back the loan? - [B]depends[/B]
12. How do you handle an applicant who has a stable job but weather can be a main factor? - [B]likely to average income over a year or look at tax returns[/B]
13. How many missed payments or how long would it tke for you to take their collateral? - [B]I'm just a broker...that's up to someone else[/B]
14. If an individual was missing payments due to a strike or other event would you be patient? - [B]depends[/B]
15. Would you give a loan to a younger person with poor health or give a older person with good health? - [B]can't discriminate based on age..that's illegal. I can discriminate based on any unpaid medical bills though[/B]
16. Is there a good strategy to finding the applicants true health status? - [B]turn your head and cough son[/B]
17. If you found out a person was seriously ill (eg cancer) would you still give them the loan? - [B]what type of cancer?[/B]
18. Do you have any methods on determining if there is any other funds coming in? How do you keep track of where all their income is coming from? - [B]Usually banks issue something called "bank statements"[/B]
19. If the applicant has a stable job, but the job keeps transtering them to different residents would you consider them? - [B]sure[/B]
