Default Financing for UK/EU/Canadian citizens
A double whammy today, 2 posts! -

I am looking for information regarding lenders who are interested in purchasing individual loans made to EU/UK/Canadian citizens purchasing property in Mexico. My clients are developers of commercial residential projects in Mexico. Loan sizes are $250K-$850K (US) and up. The developers are marketing heavily to residents in the UK/EU and also in Canada.

Is it feasible to originate those loans? Can anybody point me to any banks that do things like this? I would appreciate any help on this.
