The site's new look

I've been able to make some of the updates that I intended to do to the forum.

However, I've recently focused my attention on opening a new office for my company. It's finally open and now I'm coaching the new telemarketers and LOs on getting up to speed quickly.

If there's anything you'd be interested in seeing me add to the site, shoot me a PM. Suggestions are always welcome.

My current plan revolves around me working on the site updates between 9-1 on Saturdays, but we'll see.

Regardless, I'm always lurking around here.
