Default Rate Search Engines

These are the ones that I've found so far. I've been thinking of adding one depending on what my current LOs think. Does anyone have any experiences with any of the following.

www.nylx.com

www.lockdog.com

www.srpcalc.com

www.estylemortgage.com

www.loanrunner.us/broker

www.meritmatrix.com

www.brokerbuddy.net

www.nichelender.com

www.pricemyloan.com

www.goaskmorty.com

Let me know!

Welcome Mike!

I'm not currently using any search engines. My business is geared primarily towards subprime, so I've found that I usually stick with a couple of reps that I've been working with for years. They know exactly what they can get done. My LOs didn't really seem to have a strong opinion one way or another...so I kinda dropped the idea. One less expense for me!

I've heard good things about nylx, but I couldn't justify the cost.

If you've got the bucks, I've been told nylx is definitely the way to go.

Good luck!

troy

I have heard that NYLX is the best. I think it would be a good idea if we could pool a group of people together to negotiate a group buy. I definately need this for our company so I am very serious about putting this together. Please let me know.
