I was incredibly disappointed when I signed up for the coaching service. I expected them to pull out a rolodex of contacts at Fnis or dataquick or something.
They had me pay for a brochure design and mail it to professionals. Most of them didn't want anything to do with me because of the brochure. I had just as much success by cold calling the professionals (credit unions, divorce attorneys, etc) If you have ANY accountability for yourself, then there is no reason what so ever to enroll in Dan Pinto's coaching program. Does anyone else have an experience different from mine? |

yeah, tell me about it.
The guy is still talking about offering free reports to home owners, calling them leads, and giving them to real estate agents. I indulged the man because I'm always up for a beating from real estate agents....always on the lookout for a new idea. I put in some honest effort to his programs with negligible results. The rest of his stuff wasn't anything new. The coaching program might be good if you just need a swift kick in the ass, but that's about it.
