New Agent Campaign

I have a series of about 20 mp3 interviews with top producing real estate agents/coaches. The list includes Terry Moerler, Mike Ferry, Marty Rodriguez, and more. I go around to broker open houses during caravan and give the agents the first CD. I then continue to mail to them the remaining CDs one a week. I intend to call and follow up after the 3rd mailing and set appointments after the 6th mailing. I want to see where 50 agents gets me. At 5 weeks, I will be gathering names for 10 weeks. I will keep everyone posted. I'm currently into the 2nd week.

So far so good. I'm in week 6 of this whole experiment. I'm meeting with 4 agents this week. That's right....I said I'm meeting with 4 real estate agents this week. A few have called to thank me for the CDs, and two have sent me some decent leads. All in all it takes me about 5 hours a week of work and I'm streamling it all the time.
