Buisness Relationship with NJ Realtors

Hey everyone. I too am a NJ LO. I switched over from processing to originating. I can't survive on processing salary alone.. To make a long story short I moved here from the west coast and am anxious to work hard!, if anyone has referrals for me, great!! I really do a great job and also process the loans. I am fully licensed/insured. I have my own processing company also. Low fees, etc. I really take pride in helping people with their mortgage needs. No bull! Really I am just getting my contact list together. I have one realtor and know all the AEs at the various lenders. I have a great title company, and appraiser. I just need some loans. Thank you.
