Default I need help finding placement for some of my loans.
I have a relationship with a builder that wants to make the buyers payments for 6 months not to exceed a seller concession of three to six percent 100 CLTV stated income.. Are their anylenders out there that can help me place this product? Also looking for 100% stated 2/1 buy down programs.
