Default Out of state, no license

I have an out of state loan in indiana, but my broker is not licensed in indiana and many other states but indiana is my main concern. Does anyone have a resource or bank that can deal with this loan in indiana like a co-broker kind of thing or if theirs a bank that can do that.

My company will shortly.

Sorry, I know that doesn't help you out too much right now.

How many loans do you usually get there?

We're currently on the fence between two companies. One would give us 35 states total, the other would be 50. We're hoping to have the pros and cons sorted out shortly so that we can make a clear decision.

My company can do it. We are licensed in Indiana. Just call 949-777-4600 and ask for "production"

Good luck
