607 Score REFI Forbearance $253K loan amount

Needing help on the following scenario:

607 Score
Two BK11 (7/2002,4,2006)
70-75% LTV
Rate/Term
$253K loan amount

I have documents stating that all of his payments have been made on time. He was instructed by the courts not to make payments during the BK periods. He was 90 days down before he filed the first BK.
