Transferring Money through PayPal in return for AlertPay money.

I’m not sure where else I can ask but if it’s in the wrong section, sorry and just move it to the right section.

I was wondering if anyone had a PayPal + AlertPay account and would be willing to let me send them £12 into their PayPal account in return of £11/12 in AlertPay Balance.

The reason I’m asking this is because ive lost my credit card and requested a new one but the product I’m looking at on the internet only takes AlertPay and PayPal already has my Credit Card details set up.
