If you have become tired of having to pay too much to search a database of Loan Programs, or you have become tired of useless or out-of-date results from a mortgage search engine, then check this out.

The day I realized I had access to over 540 loan programs and no good way to keep track of them, was the day I started looking for a better solution.

This is no joke and it is not just a sale pitch. I originate loans every day just like you. I enjoy my job immensely and I won't give it up. But, I like to spend most of my time talking to clients. The company I work for has 22 loan officers. We all collect flyers from the AE's and when we need a loan program for an oddball or difficult loan scenario, we spend alot of time looking through those flyers. Sound familiar?

I can't take all the credit for this search engine, I'm no programmer. But I did pay a programmer good money to design an engine that works the way a Loan officer works. Take a look, what have you got to lose?
