On this spell-check issue, I completely agree, it looks terrible. On another of your points: " Most mortgage pros who have visited a mortgage forum know that you tend to post a lot regarding compliance regs. I'm assuming you post this in an effort to sell products via your website. If you aren't trying to promote your products, then I apologize." I'm more than happy to accept your apology; we mention some compliance issues in only a casual passing manner inside a couple of CD Lessons, but that's not been my focus on boards. It's because from what I read, far too many people don't have much of a clue about laws & regs -- terrible bosses out there! But don't sweat it, I won't bother anymore.

Yes, that's why I am tired of the loan business all together. It's a real bummer to work so hard for 30 to 45 days and you actually owe money. This job in general can make you start to dislike people. We have had our company for over 4 years and have been fair "Covered a lot of these people's fees, with little commission." I think we may have received a total of three "Thank You's." It's pretty sad!

Yes, market repute pays a lot in terms of business returns. Unhappy customer doesn’t hurt your commercial interest one time but he advertises about the dealing through out the community defaming you that is a long time loss. So, better to bear little loss at the initial stage.
