I'm curious...
what would people be willing to pay for: All in Excel format, ready for mail merge 1. Name 2. Address 3. Current Rate 4. date it becomes adjustable 5. Loan Amount 6. Original Lender 7. New rate once adjustable 8. Current Payment 9. Payment After adjusting 10.The difference between the two 11. A copy of the rate rider that you can print and mail to them I have an inside line, so this can be profitable for me. California has privacy laws, so this isn't readily available online. What would people be willing to pay per lead? troy

Actually, I don't know of a single title company that will provide EVERYTHING that I stated above (including pulling the rate riders for you).
If you know of one, please let me know!

And I responded....
In a nutshell. Yes it can be an ongoing service. One small hurdle to overcome. I'd like to provide people with phone numbers too. Everything else is easy for me. I hope to have the phone number problem sorted within a couple of weeks, but everything else I can provide immediately. To be honest, I haven't decided on a price that I believe is fair. A certain amount of work is involved so PM me with the prices you think is fair and I'll put it under consideration. I'm a fair guy and don't know anyone else providing this much data... Troy

Troy,
Thanks I didnt see it in the PM. Anyways lets talk more about it. As I said in my PM buying info is new to me. I have no idea and dont want to insult you by low balling and I definitely dont want to screw myself by paying too much. Nice site hope it catches on. Brian |

Hmmm...right now I'm thinking about $2 per lead without phone numbers. If I manage to get over this phone number hurdle and do it efficiently, I imagine I'll only charge a nominal fee for the phone numbers and it should be well worth it.
I can even have the data pre-merged into a word document if you'd like. All you would have to do is print it out on your letter head. You can either provide it, or I have one that has managed to keep me fed and housed for a while now. My method for mailing involves a hand addressed envelope in purple pen (yes, I did say purple pen) The envelopes never have my company name on it. Instead, on the back flap of the envelope I print the address of my company and instead of "suite" I simply put "#" I also put a real stamp on all of my mailings Something tells me that all of the .pdfs would make the files too large to email to you, so I'd either have to fedex you a CD or creat a .zip file you could download through the forum. Let me know what you think. Troy

Hi Troy, I would prefere to wait and see if you can get past the phone number situation. I am thinking of using an autodialer as well mailing to target the list. The price seems fair for the quality. I am looking at buying some credit bureau lists to kick start the new machine I am buying but like what you are offering ...knowing when they adjust has to be key to success. Timing is everything.
