Default Hello all! Commercial Loans...how difficult? Commercial Loans...can a person really.

survive as an independent broker operating out of her/his home?

Any thoughts on both questions?

I am currently a Loan Officer and have been doing primarily residential. I want to niche in commercial financing. What resources are available to provide additional training i need.

I also would like to know if operating as an independent commercial loan broker at home is possible too. Have you had any experience of anyone finding success operating this way?

Please let me know. Until then, take care!

kevinb.

Default Commercial Loans

Kevin,

I read your post and I have an answer for you. Give my office a call at 800-916-6526 and we can discuss your options. We have a new program for brokers who register with our firm to conduct business under or name as a commercial broker and get paid for every deal.
