Anyone ever work for Countrywide?
I've been offered a position at Countrywide's Full Spectrum Lending Divison as an Account Executive. How much money can I expect to make in my first year? What is the good and the bad?

I have a feeling Full Spectrum has changed their AE packages/compensation due to recent events.
I'd ask a few of the AEs in that office what they think. I'm sure they can shed some light on the subject. to be honest, I'm surprised that Full Spectrum is hiring new AEs...you must be pretty special. Troy

Hey I work with an AE there. He is one of the top producers, etc.. He seems to be doing very well. I think you should go for it. Plus, Countrywide isn't going anywhere! I had a loan that I was doing and by end of day i found out the lender closed its doors. Stability is the key today! Go for it!
