I actually haven't noticed much of a change in applications. Just the standard "what are interest rates doing?" question keeps coming up more and more.

Over here is slowing down a bit (NJ) I actually made flyers and am about to go door to door. (Serious) I love to be busy...I have just one loan closing today...a stand alone 2nd!! Any NJ property referrals please send my way!! Thanks and best of luck!
