Has anyone used 'Best Rate Referrrals'?

I see they have a Loan pipeline builder series. Phase 1 is for beginners it would seem:

i just wondered if anyone out there has used this program. I really need to make a deal soon and this looks like it may help. Don't really have the money to spend on it, so if anyone could give me a heads up on it?
