Hello, I am a student doing a survey for my Personal Finance class, if you have time I would appreciate any information from the following questions:
1. How much do past marriages affect credit applications? 2. How long do you have to wait to apply for a new loan after re establishing your credit? 3. How do you analyze a younger individual with alot of capital? 4. What are the main components that affect intangable capacity? 5. What is the first thing you look at to judge character? 6. How do you judge someone who just moved into the city and just started a new job? 7. If a applicant has 2 loans and still paying them off, but can afford for another would you approve them? 8. Are there any methods of reading someone when sitting down with the applicant face to face? 9. Does the applicants reason for asking for the loan have any factor? 10. Does a clients lack of education have any effect on the application? 11. How many missed credit card payments would classify the applicant as a threat to not paying back the loan? 12. How do you handle an applicant who has a stable job but weather can be a main factor? 13. How many missed payments or how long would it tke for you to take their collateral? 14. If an individual was missing payments due to a strike or other event would you be patient? 15. Would you give a loan to a younger person with poor health or give a older person with good health? 16. Is there a good strategy to finding the applicants true health status? 17. If you found out a person was seriously ill (eg cancer) would you still give them the loan? 18. Do you have any methods on determining if there is any other funds coming in? How do you keep track of where all their income is coming from? 19.
