Default I Beat The Housing Slump !

I worked through the housing boom as a Realtor and also did some loan origination. The recent market conditions forced me to look for another source of income, but I wanted to remain independent (I like working from my home). I joined this business because it offered a chance to leverage my income (I don't like going from sale to sale.....would rather be like my broker and leverage my income). I run it from my office computer, I don't make cold calls or sell anything to family or friends. To see the opportunity the same way I did go to..

There always money to be made in any market. Like right now there's money to be made in the following niches.

1. loan modifications
2. refinances
3. Broker price opinions (BPO) -
4. eviction service
5. REO services from winterizing, to furniture removal, to clean these messed up homes.

For agents
1. listing REO
2. selling foreclosed homes

You will have to learn some new skills, but that's a lot better than being out on the street.
