Default Home Loan Application Submission in Fannie File Format??

Hi everyone

Let me start by saying i am not a Mortgage broker or a loan officer. I am computer programmer and i wanted to ask a few questions to people in mortgage (and related) business.

See i keep getting queries by brokers/agents/loan officers etc that they need
1. A website from where they can collect form 1003
(the home mortgage form)
2. Save that form in Fannie Mae format
3. then get it emailed.

When asked why they want it? i am often told that they need to get that file imported in a processing software called Calyx Point (there is one more which i forgot)

And i am getting these queries a little regularly.

So my question is:
If i make site dedicated to this only. Where loan officers their bosses and other stake holders can login, Submit the application and get a fannie mae file in result (with some more bells and whistles, like user accounts, may be tracking etc)

Will you guys want to use it??
And more importantly pay want to pay for it?
Or is this something that is very narrow in scope used by few only??

Looking forward to hear from you people out there.

Sincerely

Chase
