Unhappy COmpensation questions

Hello! I am very new to this industry. Can someone explain to me what a chargeable and non-chargeable draw is? I am considering taking a position and was a Processor, but they act like I should know wht these terms mean. Please help!

Its like a recoverable draw and a none recoverable draw if you dont close then you pay it all back!
