Default Can Mortg Brokers get Commission / Fees...?

...for referring potential home buyers to real estate investors?

We do owner financing and lease purchase deals in Georgia. We'd be happy to pay a referral fee to a mortg broker who can refer us a buyer for a balloon owner financing or lease purchase candidate. We do not ask for qualified buyers, just those who do not qualify for a loan. We'd finance them for a short time until they fix credit and refer back to you when they do.
So you win here twice - get a referral fee and commission when you get them a loan.

let me know if this is something you as a mortg brokers can or would like to do.

thanks

Yes, indeed, it is a great proposal. You will find many people who are looking for some part time opportunity to enhance their income. It will help you to get local clients or leads.
