Actually, I purchased leads once and got burned. That was about 3 years ago. Since then, I have become a black-belt in the telephone arts & most of my business comes from Agents.

I understand about the leads business..Just to let you know my wife is a loan officer and that is how I started looking around for good leads. I found out the best leads come from a company that isn't just a leads company all together. The three main companies I offer loan officer leads to are from another mortgage company and two of the owners of the other companies are ex-loan officers. The leads they produce are good.

Because I more or less asked for it, I won't banish your post to the depths of the "solicitations" portion of the forum.

I will, however, politely tell you that if you want to sell a service, that you should post in that forum. If you want to offer up free advice/share ideas on generating leads, then you're welcome to post that anywhere.
