Hello Michelle (and Troy)!

I've been following this post with great interest. I'm seriously considering this industry. Can you tell me how you are doing? Where are you located? I'm in L.A. area.

Best regards,

Eva

Eva,

I'm doing quite well! Thanks for asking.

If you mean financially. Yes...The checking account is lookin pretty good. I shouldn't have any problems paying for my double cheeseburger at McDonalds this week. : )

Mortgages are still a very profitable industry. However, that will depend a lot on the individual and their commitment to success.

I'm also located in Los Angeles. It was a fun place when I was dangerous and young, but I've been thinking this place no longer suits me. I don't like the beach, so why should I stay near the ocean and have to endure the overpriced environment.

Sorry for the tangent.

Welcome to the forum, please feel free to tell us about yourself and ask any questions!

troy
