Secret!
I recently disputed something with my RESPA attorney and now I'm looking for a new one. I figured you probably knew a few of them. Also, you'd be amazed how many of my fellow brokers don't know/can't recommend a RESPA attorney. In my opinion, you should always have one on retainer! I've been met with the deer in the headlights stare from every broker I personally know that I've asked for an attorney referral. Scary! troy

That's because so many of them think of themselves as door to door salesmen working out of the trunk of their car, yet (of course) expect a 6 figure annual income. That's why. I correspond or speak with upwards of 200 of them weekly. Far as an answer to your question, yes I do - contact me privately via e-mail and I'll connect you with a GREAT one!

I'm kind of curious why you don't feel comfortable putting their names and numbers in the forum?
I'd think they would enjoy the free publicity. Any time you want to use my contact info in a mortgage related topic, please do! troy

Because he already get's too many less than serious people who ask him for free advise, and you've asked me directly, so I know it must be serious and important to you, that's why. He's a true mortgage broker advocate/specialist.
