I just wanted to come here and share a service I provide for brokers/loan officers.

Currently, I pull raw data from public records and sell the information for $3.50 per lead. These are ARM's that are about to adjust in 60-90 days from now, and when I pull the data I check for satisfactions before adding them to the spreadsheet to send out to my clients.

I DO NOT resell the spreadsheet, so the exact data is yours. I recognize that public records anyone can access, but in my experience, it is nearly impossible for the exact data to be pulled by someone else unless they happen to be using the same paramaters for thier searches. So, while I can't guarantee exclusiveness (since they are public record), I can guarantee you that nobody is getting duplicate data to market and compete with.

Alright... Just thought I would come back and outline that if you just want name and addresses for a mailing campaign it would be $2.50 for leads if you are willing to take any amount.

If you want phone numbers and information to help you with your sale such as current rate, mortgage company, index type, adjustment date, adjustment interest rate that is what will run you $3.50 for a lead.
