How Does Best Leads Yet Work? Each morning we purchase between 750 - 1,000 internet and call center leads that fit our criteria. Our criteria that we use to purchase leads from our affiliates are as follows; LTV 85% or lower, 100k min. loan amount, interest rate 7.5% or higher, no poor credit, no purchases and no mobile homes. After our leads are purchased we filter them into the predictive dialer we have in-house and our call center agents begin to verify the leads. Our agents verify the following; the contact information is correct (ex. Name, Number and Address), the loan amount desired and property value is correct the agents also inquire as to when the application was originally submitted. Any application submitted more than 48 hours prior to our phone call will not be disbursed as a verified real-time lead, this will go into our overstock as an aged verified lead(aged leads are sold at a discounted rate)! More importantly the call center agents will verify how many phone calls have already been received by the borrower. If more than 2 phone calls have already been received this lead will go into our overstock pile as a discounted lead! We will not sell a lead that is over 48 hours old or has been contacted more than 2 times, even if the client is still requesting financing. These leads will be put into our overstock inventory and will be sold accordingly. After a lead fitting your criteria has been verified it will be sent directly to your desired email address. Leads that are verified during our night shift will be sent out by 9am Est the following morning. Since Best Leads Yet purchases such a large volume of leads from our lead providers our cost are minimal giving us the ability to sell a verified leads for next to nothing! We have no minimum orders, or minimum spending requirement. From today until Friday April 20th we will double your order! If you purchase 10 leads you will receive 20 up to 100 leads! Our return policy is very simple. 1) If there is no notes on the lead from our call center you can return that lead, even if the lead is valid! 2) If for some reason the contact info is wrong, that is a valid return. 3) Our leads are sold up to 3 times. If you contact a borrower who has been bombarded with calls that is a returnable lead. 4) Any information outside of your filters(ex. LTV, Loan Amount, State) will all be returned! 5) Foreclosures... Sure we have all got them before, any foreclosure leads will be returned. Our job is to connect you with qualified borrowers, if a client is in foreclosure they are not qualified! my son passed away in feb., without a will,never married, no children. his brothers and myself have not made his house payments pending notification if he had credit life insurance, just found out today(long story)that he did not. however, we have received notice from the bank's attorney that the house is in default and will be sold at auction aug 5. the father and i are the heirs,(this is Texas law) but the father refuses to cooperate, he actually had not made contact with his sons since 1991 and refuses now, also. since we now must make up back payments to keep house, we are thinking just let the bank have it. but will we be in trouble on down the line. we don't know at this point what the father is going to do or not do or what the court will do, if we have to go that route. we were not going thru probate, just small estate. didn;t think it was necessary. we only need approval to settle house, vehile, and bank account and do what is necessary with those. when i spoke to the bank they informed me they could do what ever they wanted to, even if estate is in probate, they could still foreclose??

I am looking for a good company to buy leads from for a mortgage company that specializes in 'hard to do' loans such as bad credit, bankruptcy, etc. Would prefer to find out about great live leads companies as well as lower cost leads that have a high closing rate. With so many of the companies out there, it is hard to find a really good one with a good reputation.....
