Client must be able to reach the lead (homeowner) within 5 business days, and the homeowner expecting their call. Remember, this is an exclusive lead, or it will be replaced.

All leads must fall within the criteria below, or they will be replaced.

Any credit score less than 550 will be replaced.

Any "Not Interested" on initial contact will be replaced.

Any wrong or disconnected numbers will be replaced.
