Hello Members of Loan Officer Forum,

This is our first post on this forum and are again seeking to partner up with another company. We have recently also posted at two other mortgage forums

We have recently expanded our capabilities and are looking find a new client/partner to partner up with. Our company is called The SIP Marketing Group Inc. We are a Canadian based marketing firm which specializes in mortgage marketing. We offer a variety of different solutions for Canadian and American based mortgage companies.

Again, we realize that we are still fairly new to the Broker Outpost. We are reaching out with good intentions and will not shamelessly promote ourselves with any annoying posts. The purpose of this thread is to build relationships, network, educate our staff, and build business contacts.

We are now after our scaling up currently staffed at 17 people. 12 of which dial and 5 of which verify. We run an in house verification dept.

We are generating roughly 60-90 leads a day. Our agents dial for about 7-8 hours hours a day and try to hit a lead per hour. Some days are better than others, same with states.

We close anywhere from 8-15%.

We are currently working with just 4 different companies. We have room for another client.

We are NOT looking to solicit our services to just anyone and accept orders randomly. We are looking for ONE company that can meet a certain set of requirements, and also has a need for a new lead generation solution.

We understand that on this forum, as a lead/service provider, you must prove yourself to be reliable and of good quality. We have no problem providing the one company with references, provide them a small test run and welcome them to post their results on the forum. However we will NOT be providing everyone who asks with "FREE LEADS". That is not why we are here. We have a completely transparent and simple process and welcome all questions and concerns from qualifying companies.

Here is the criteria we require for this campaign:

- Company must be licensed in 5 or more states. Preferably nationwide.
- Company must have 5 or more loan officers working on the campaign at all times.
- Company must be able to accept 10-15 leads on a daily basis.
- Loan officers must not be new. All loan officers must have a proven track record of closing loans, and open to receiving our training on how to handle the incoming leads.
- Company must be able to accept a 580 ficos score and above.
- Company must be able to accept leads on a 9am-9pm in any timezone.
- Company must be willing to work on a minimum monthly 100 lead order
