I'm currently recruiting for one of the nation's largest banks and they just received a huge capital infusion which makes them the single most capitalized bank in the country. They have more than 65 banking branches within your area, they are stable, they are secure, and most importantly they are growing. They have one of the most competitive commission packages in the industry along with guarantees and a full benefits package. The top 20% of their Florida loan originators funded over 2M and are on track to make over 200k this year. I should also mention that in addition to a strong product line they also allow their originators to broker loans as necessary.

They are really looking for top performing professionals who can document a successful track record of production and relationship building.
