American Business Lending specializes making SBA loans coast to coast. Right now due to the current economic situation we are focusing on business loans that are primarily real estate or secured with commercial real estate. We can still lend towards Goodwill, Equipment, Inventory, and Working Capital.

Unlike residential lending, it's difficult to say what exactly will work since there are so many compensating factors when it comes to SBA loans.
