As every loan officer knows, most marketing dollars are spent on campaigns that do not work. This much you are very aware of. I talk to 100 + brokers per day. When talking about what they have done in the past that has worked for them,it is always the same. " I spent $5,000 on something that I did not get one closed loan off of." That would be the difference in spending your hard earned marketing dollars on a "Leads company" that promises and does not deliver versus working WITH your personal consultant about exactly what you are trying to accomplish with your marketing. For Example... How many loans are you currently closing against how many more loans you could handle per month. How many loan officers are you marketing for? How would you like to contact your ideal customer? Would you like the qualified people to come to you, or do you want to have to call them? What kind of loans are you targeting. Most "leads companies" do not care who you are trying to reach. They have set parameters that they give you leads for and that is the end of it.
